The International Iberoamerican University (UNINI Puerto Rico) will organize, next July 22 at 11:00 a.m. (Puerto Rico), the webinar "The crime scene in crimes with firearms," which will be conducted by Luis Jiménez.
In the webinar, the speaker will present the actions to be carried out when arriving at a crime scene. Ocular inspection in crimes in which firearms have been involved must be carried out with great care to avoid that the first hypotheses of the investigation originate any kind of errors. It is necessary to search for the weapon(s), projectiles and casings. Body, weapon and impact examination will provide valuable information.
Luis Jiménez Romero is Director of the Master in Criminalistics and the Master's Degree in Criminal Psychologyboth at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) and promoted by FUNIBER through its scholarship program. In addition, he has been a member of the information service of the Guardia Civil in Spain, and head of the homicide team. He is currently the General Director of the School of Criminology of Catalonia.
