Online education allows people, regardless of their physical location, to prepare for a better academic future. It eliminates scheduling conflicts, removes the inconvenience of commuting, and enables students to adjust their study pace according to their interests. Furthermore, the knowledge acquired can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The speed with which a student can be admitted to a university program and contact the institution’s staff. The convenience of being able to study from home or any location with internet access, free from traditional anxieties. The physical, emotional, and social safety gained by avoiding the risks of late-night classes and travel, both on the road and on campus. The clarity and appeal of studying in a virtual environment, where everything is written down, allow for genuine learning. The vast amount of additional information available to students, resources that would be difficult or impossible to access in a traditional university setting. The financial savings allow students to invest in other needs that support their professional growth.

Since it is an online program, students are not required to attend the university in person at any stage of the process. From admission to a program through to the issuance of the diploma, every step is designed so that the student or applicant is never required to be physically present at the university.

The university performs a process of content recognition only among similar studies. It is only validated when a content has been completely matched to a subject. In this case, the interested party must submit all supporting documentation. The process will be evaluated and carried out by the deans and/or directors of each department.

UNIB’s study methodology facilitates interaction among students, professors, and both groups with one another. It fosters cooperation and the exchange of knowledge while encouraging active student participation. Learning is personalized, taking into account individual differences and diverse learning styles. Moreover, motivation is used as a constant stimulus, helping students realize that their expected learning outcomes are within reach.

The academic programs of the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana include two types of assessment techniques: subjective and objective.

Subjective assessment techniques: Assignments, practical activities, essay exams, forum activities, oral reports, and portfolios.

Objective assessment techniques: Multiple choice, true or false, matching, and identification questions.

Subject evaluations across all programs are carried out using three of the assessment instruments defined above, combining both subjective and objective techniques. This approach allows for the evaluation of different aspects—knowledge, attitudes, and competencies—and accommodates diverse cognitive styles.

Additionally, some programs may include in-person or supervised evaluations at the university.

The final grade for academic programs is determined by the weighted average of all courses according to their credits, along with the Master’s Thesis.

Once you complete an academic degree, you should be receiving the diploma duly legalized along with the accrediting documents within a period of 6 to 9 months.
