The Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNIB) has established a fee structure for its graduate academic programs based on a flat-rate model per program. The amount shown covers all costs associated with the student's enrollment and academic progress throughout their educational journey.
Tuition fees are the same for all students, regardless of where they live. The final amount to be paid may vary depending on the scholarship percentage awarded, in accordance with current institutional criteria. The terms and conditions applicable to these costs are set out below.

Program Cost Breakdown
The cost of the program is determined on a flat-rate basis rather than by academic credits. Consequently, no discounts are applied for courses that have been credited, transferred, or not taken.
The total cost of the program includes the required academic materials, such as textbooks and teaching resources, unless otherwise specified. Administrative fees and costs associated with specific processes, such as degree conferral or the issuance of official documents, are separate items that are applied in accordance with current institutional regulations.
Payment Terms and Methods
All payments must be made prior to the start of the relevant academic or administrative process, or by the date specified in the payment plan agreed upon with the institution.
Administrative fees are applied in accordance with the payment agreement signed by the student. Failure to meet financial obligations may affect the continuity of academic and administrative services.
Modifying and Updating Costs
The University reserves the right to update fees related to degree programs or other specific items. The current fees will be communicated to the student at the time the relevant application process formally begins.
Any general changes to tuition fees will be communicated through official institutional channels. These changes will not affect students who have already begun their studies and are continuing their academic progress without interruption.
Charges for special items or additional services will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance.
Interruption of Studies and Access to Services
Any interruption in studies—including those resulting from nonpayment or other causes leading to partial withdrawal—will result in the suspension of access to the Virtual Campus, educational resources, and any physical or digital infrastructure of the University for the duration of such situation.
The resumption of academic activities will be contingent upon the fulfillment of the relevant requirements and compliance with the procedures established by the institution.
Refund Policy
The refund policy is determined based on when the request for full withdrawal is submitted in relation to the official start date of the academic program.
Refund percentages apply only to the cost of the program and do not include the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after the deadline set by the institution has passed.
Cancellation Request Procedure
Requests for withdrawal must be formally submitted to the appropriate academic office. The official date that the application is received will determine the reimbursement rates applicable under current regulations.
The student is responsible for ensuring that the application is properly submitted through the designated institutional channels.
