The International Iberoamerican University(UNIB) will organize the webinar "Marketing auditing as a tool for improving business performance", which will be conducted by Daniel Cordovés Torres, on February 10 at 12:00 pm (Puerto Rico).
The webinar will cover the importance of marketing auditing, which is considered one of the strategic tools of marketing management that enables companies to face the competitive world. In addition to uncovering errors or failures within the company, it is a critical review that allows management's efficiency to be evaluated.
For the development of this process, a methodology for the marketing audit is proposed, which systematizes a set of phases, stages and steps that, with the support of a set of instruments, allows to know the aspects that strengthen and limit the marketing management, as well as the determination of ways to act, contributing to the growth of market share and competitiveness.
Dánel Cordovés Torres holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Havana, Cuba, and a Master's degree in Agricultural Extension from the same university.
He cooperates with several Higher Education entities, in the national and international context, in actions related to research, teaching and thesis direction. He is a consultant, specializing in innovation systems, strategic management, cost systems, knowledge management and training processes. He has been a professor and researcher for over 15 years.
He has several scientific publications such as indexed journals, books and book chapters on innovation, strategic management and human resources management.
The conference is both free and accessible to all those interested on the topic, and will be streamed live in each country on YouTube.
