UNIB organizes a webinar on sports performance

The International Iberoamerican University (UNIB) will organize, on March 18, in the webinar "High performance with low resources: from ideal to real," which will be conducted by Dr. Carlos Lago.

During the webinar there will be a presentation of the Master's Degree in Sports Performance and Functional Assessment taught by the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), and belonging to the FUNIBER network of universities.

In the webinar, the speaker will analyze what sports performance really is, what actually happens when we are in a maximum level context and the different strategies to get the most out of athletes with the minimum necessary resources.

Carlos Lago holds a PhD in Sports Science and is the Academic Director of the Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences  at UNEATLANTICO.

The conference will be broadcast live and will be available to anyone interested in this topic.
