The International Iberoamerican University (UNIB) will organize the webinar "Project Management in the Framework of International Cooperation", which will be conducted by Silvana Marín and Edwin Ovalles and moderated by Hadit Brito, on October 7 at 5:00 p.m. (Dominican Republic).
The technological tools at the service of project management have not only facilitated the work of the project managerin recent years, but have also broken down spatial barriers for professional practice. This context boosted both international cooperation projects and the professionalization of their leadership processes, promoting increasingly diverse teams, capable of collaborating from different geographical locations. The current professional practice is based on the application of increasingly solid mechanisms for the planning and execution of initiatives involving multiple participants. This workshop will cover the experiences of professionals involved in international cooperation projects, through the key concepts for their understanding.
Silvana Marín holds a PhD in Projects and is a technician in Project Management Level D. She has completed several professional courses in the area of Project Design and Management at the United Nations/UNESCO, sustainable development, local development, scientific methodology, distance education and higher education.
