The International Iberoamerican University (UNIB) organizes, next January 12 at 17:00 hours (Spain), the webinar "Everything we need to know about menopause: Myths, fears, realities and opportunities", which will be conducted by Radharani Jiménez Carvallo.
The event is held in collaboration with the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO),the International Iberoamerican University of México (UNINI México) and the International University of Cuanza (UNIC) and the University of La Romana (UNIROMANA).
The webinar will cover menopause as a woman's life stage and the physiological changes and problems that can occur during this cycle. In addition, there will be a tour through the historical vision of menopause with its taboos, myths and fears. The speaker will explain the currently resources available to improve women's quality of life and prevent disease.
Radharani Jiménez Carvallo is a surgeon graduated from Central University of Venezuela UCV. Gynecologist and obstetrician graduated from Central University of Venezuela UCV. Master in Human Reproduction at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), expert in health of mature women, accredited by the Spanish Association for the Study of Menopause. She is also a social media promoter of lifestyle medicine and integral health for women marathon runners. She is also the author of the book "Menopause: Your new opportunity".
The conference is both free and accessible to all those interested on the topic.
