Description
Today, society is placing new demands on education that require professionals with multidisciplinary training capable of meeting them. These new educational needs have in turn created new educational settings and contexts, different from conventional ones, in which specialized educational interventions led by professionals with specific skills are necessary.
This master’s program seeks to train leaders by providing them with the skills to lead and manage different institutions through the improvement of educational quality to adapt it to the needs and demands of education.

- Provide tools related to research, planning, consulting, and advisory services for the organization and management of educational institutions so that knowledge and skills can be developed to plan, organize, lead, control, propose, and manage innovation for the improvement of educational centers.
- Stimulate critical thinking for sound theoretical training and its necessary practical application, a fundamental area of action; develop good judgment, good decision-making, and problem-solving skills; and provide scientific research tools for referenced contributions on innovative or current higher education topics.

At the end of the program, students will be able to:
- Analyze different types of projects based on their purposes and management methods, and identify the elements, phases, and human and material resources needed to make it happen.
- Plan and design a project adjusted to the specific needs of a given context.
- Analyze and integrate strategic management methods and styles.
- Identify the elements of a management system in the education sector and develop objectives and action plans for strategic management within different contexts.
- Identify educational institutions as a global system that coherently integrates its units.
- Analyze the factors that promote educational quality and innovation, and compare the different models for evaluating training processes.
- Analyze and evaluate the quality of educational innovation and develop a classroom innovation project.
- Analyze the main constructs related to management and teamwork techniques, and describe the tools and techniques for improving the efficiency of this type of work.
- Apply management and teamwork techniques properly to a specific educational context.
Who Should Apply
This master’s program aims to offer comprehensive, up-to-date training and provide the foundations for developing the academic and professional skills for the leadership, organization, and management of education centers.
