- Teach in new or less familiar educational settings within broad learning environments, enabling students to apply their acquired knowledge, formulate judgments, make decisions, and solve problems, thus contributing to diverse approaches related to educational research.
- Provide scientific research tools that allow students to manage pedagogical projects, conduct research, or produce creative work while demonstrating mastery of the material in an ethical manner.
Outcomes
- Share knowledge, methodologies, and research methods related to the program’s research lines so that students can develop their dissertation projects and integrate into a research community.
- Engage in an environment conducive to debate on epistemological and methodological issues related to research projects undertaken for doctoral dissertations.
- Apply the knowledge acquired to the conception, design, and implementation of research projects that can contribute to rethinking education from the various research perspectives.
- Exercise sound judgment through critical analysis, evaluation, and synthesis of complex ideas.
- Communicate effectively with researchers, educators, and society at large regarding the areas of knowledge studied.
- Contribute, through original research, to the advancement of knowledge worthy of national and international scholarly publication.
- Plan, implement, support, and evaluate pedagogical projects across different knowledge areas within formal education, addressing their transversal dimensions.
Who Should Apply
University graduates holding a Master’s degree in any field of knowledge who are currently engaged in, or wish to become part of, the human capital capable of conceiving, designing, evaluating, and managing solutions that positively impact human development and quality of life, while fostering social progress and economic growth.
Duration
Although this is a distance-learning program, it follows a collaborative and cooperative learning methodology, with specific start dates established in each academic call.
