The Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (Ibero-American International University, UNIB), in collaboration with the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER), through its Ecuador branch, recently held a graduation ceremony to recognize 75 students who completed their academic programs at universities in FUNIBER’s International University Network. The event took place at the facilities of the Benemérita Sociedad Filantrópica del Guayas and brought together graduates, family members, institutional representatives, and guests.
The ceremony marked the culmination of an academic journey characterized by the perseverance and commitment of the students, who successfully completed their studies.
The degrees were awarded for programs completed at UNIB, the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Ibero-American University of Mexico, UNINI Mexico), and the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO) in Spain. The graduates completed master’s, specialization, and doctoral programs through distance learning, an option that allowed them to balance their education with other responsibilities.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from FUNIBER Ecuador, the universities of the University Network, and educational institutions across the country. The presiding committee consisted of Mgtr. Enrique Espinel Maila, executive director of FUNIBER Ecuador; Ing. Narcisa Briones, representative of the Manuel Chaguay Juárez School in Daule; and Dr. Rossula Martillo, representative of the American School of Guayaquil.
