
The Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNIB), in collaboration with other institutions of the International University Network of the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER), held a graduation ceremony in the Dominican Republic. The event was attended by 60 students who received FUNIBER scholarships to complete their academic programs at UNIB, as well as at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO) and the Ibero-American International University of Mexico (UNINI Mexico).
The event, held at the Hotel Catalonia in Santo Domingo, was attended by academic authorities, teachers, relatives and friends of the graduates, who celebrated this important achievement. The table of honor was made up of the director of FUNIBER in the Dominican Republic, Massiel Castro, the tutor of the Projects area, Hadit Brito, and the director of International Admissions, Mónica Gracia.
During the ceremony, the FUNIBER representatives highlighted education as a driving force for development and emphasized the importance of continuous training in a globalized and competitive environment. They also emphasized the institution's links with internationally prestigious universities, which guarantees an academic offer aligned with the demands of the labor market.
Representing the graduates, Miguel Alonso Montero García, who completed the Master's Degree in Assisted Human Reproduction, and Omar José Castillo, who completed the International Master's Degree in Political Science, expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the opportunity provided through UNIB and the International University Network in which it participates.
With this graduation ceremony, UNIB reaffirms its commitment to training professionals in the Dominican Republic and in the more than 35 countries where FUNIBER is present. Through its asynchronous methodology, it has facilitated access to higher education programs for numerous professionals in the country, enabling them to achieve their academic goals and advance in their professional careers.
