UNIB organizes the Webinar «AI Use in Project Management»

Next July 31st at 11:00 am (Argentina), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de Puerto Rico (International Iberoamerican University, UNIB) will organize a webinar on «AI Use in Project Management» presented in Spanish by Nelson Yepes.

The event is held in collaboration with the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (Iberoamerican University Foundation, FUNIBER), the Universidad Europea del Atlántico (European University of the Atlantic, UNEATLANTICO), the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México (International Iberoamerican University of Mexico, UNINI Mexico), the Fundación Universitaria Internacional de Colombia (International University Foundation of Colombia, UNINCOL), the Universidade Internacional do Cuanza (International University of Cuanza, UNIC), and the Universidad de La Romana (University of La Romana, UNIROMANA).

Moving forward, artificial intelligence in project management promises to further revolutionize the way initiatives are planned, executed, and controlled. Intelligent systems are expected not only to anticipate deviations and optimize resources but also to learn from past experiences and provide predictive and personalized recommendations. AI integration with agile methodologies and collaborative tools will open up new opportunities for more proactive, adaptive, and value-focused management.

Nelson Yepes is an industrial engineer, specialist in financial management with a master's degree in Project Design, Direction, and Management, which complements his solid academic background and teaching experience at renowned universities such as the Catholic University of Colombia, Santo Tomás University, National Open and Distance University (UNAD) and Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI Mexico). He has specialized in the management of restructuring, innovation, and quality and community development projects, leading research in groundwater purification, psychosocial risk analysis, and process optimization. He has coordinated programs in virtual environments and agile methodologies, demonstrating skills in business consulting, strategic management, and the formulation of high-impact proposals. His track record reflects an ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in both academia and business.
