The International Iberoamerican University (UNINI Puerto Rico), will organize, on May 13 at 11:00 am (Puerto Rico), the webinar "Nutrition and Cancer", which will be conducted by Iñaki Elío. In the webinar, the speaker will explain the relationship between nutrition and cancer based on the latest scientific publications that show that 50% of current cancerous processes are caused by lifestyle: consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking, excess weight and sedentary lifestyle.
Iñaki Elío holds a Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and a PhD in Health and Nutrition Research Projects from the International Iberoamerican University (Mexico). Since 2013 he has been the Director of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), which belongs to the network of universities with which FUNIBER collaborates.
