The International Iberoamerican University (UNINI Puerto Rico) will organize, on September 23 at 10:00 a.m. (Puerto Rico), the webinar "Integration of High Performance Work Teams through Coaching by Values," which will be given by Elizabeth Caro.
In the webinar, the speaker will discuss requirements needed to achieve high performance in work teams and the factors that make it difficult to reach this milestone: lack of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of responsibilities, role ambiguity, unclear goals, etc. All these factors are related to the values of its members.
This webinar will analyze the importance of values for the integration of high performance teams and will share a methodology that is becoming a topic of much discussion: coaching by values.
Elizabeth Caro holds a PhD in Psychological Sciences from the University of Havana and has more than a decade of experience as an undergraduate and graduate teacher.
