The International Ibero-American University (UNIB) will organize, next December 5th at 12:00 p.m. (Puerto Rico), in the webinar "Risk factors of injury in women's soccer", which will be given by Pilar Hueso.
The event is held in collaboration with the Iberoamerican University Foundation (FUNIBER), the European University of the Atlantic (UNEATLANTICO), the International Iberoamerican University of Mexico (UNINI Mexico) and the Universidad de Internacional do Cuanza (UNIC).
The webinar will cover essential aspects such as biomechanics, anatomy and hormonal aspects that can influence the risk of injury for professional soccer players and will provide basic prevention tools to minimize the risk of injury.
Pilar Hueso has a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences. She has more than 9 years of experience in the field of high performance. She is currently a fitness trainer for the women's section of Juventus Football Club. In addition, during her professional career she has participated in a large number of congresses and sporting events. Last year she gave a lecture at the International Congress of Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention in Physical Activity and Sport, organized by FUNIBER, UNEATLANTICO and the company JAM Sports.
