Recognized UNINI as the first fully online university in Puerto Rico

Last Saturday, March 5th of 2011, the Iberoamerican International University (UNINI) was recognized in the first encounter of the Educators of the Intitutions of Superior Education, in the inclusion of the student with a disability in long distance education. This activity was celebrated in the Leopoldo Figueroa Hall of the Capitol. The Hon. Kimmey Rashke Martinez, president of the educational commission and representatives of the PuertoRican Association of Long Distance Teaching (APAD), National Education Center for Distance Learning (CENAD) and Certificate of Advanced Training Institute (ATCI), reconized UNINI as the first fully online University in Puerto Rico.
